Knocking noise and smoke!!! oh no!!!!

NOOOO,i dont belive it...

anyone got any ideas what it could be,no air in the fuel system.

Got quite a loud knock,and more smoke than normal.

damm holiday sat!

maybe a dodgey injector?

Could be any number of things, stop panicking & get it to the gargae asap Jez Fingers crossed it's nowt too serious/expensive.

Found out what was wrong..aire ingress due to a leak on fuel pump,...its the seal on the left as you look at the pump,by the injector lines...

Does anyone know where to get this one from?? reckon i can fiz it myself

Bosch diesel specialist should be able to assist.....

Thanks pal,found the leak,and it was with a copper washer,so used a bit of ptfe and cleaned off washer now alls good! phew...

it was the nut in the middle of the injection pipes in pump

At least it wasn't an expensive fix Had it worked loose, or was it just leaking?

Its didnt seem to be done up that tight,i didnt go mad as i didnt want to snap it off!..but its ok for now..phew!

if anyone else get the feeling of blocked injector and puff of smoke also get return and feed fuel line blown through that cured mine
