Elec. mirrors & stereo stopped working - blown fuse??

Post by Beachcomber » Wed Aug 17, 2011 3:34 pm

After having to jump start the bongo the electric mirrors & stereo no longer work - they were both fine prior to the jump so I'm guessing I've blown a fuse.

After looking at a fuse layout diagram there doesn't appear to be one designated for either stereo or mirrors?

Could anyone let me know which fuses to check, also, can fuses be checked visually or do you have to try new ones to test?

Thanks!

No 8 - "Cigar lighter, mirrors, radio" Fusebox by the drivers right knee. Usually evident with a visual check.
You can't polish a turd - but you can roll it in glitter.

Thanks!
Just checked and it has gone - need a spare 15a fuse, got a spare 10, 20 & 30

Must get the stereo sorted soon or I might have to resort to talking to the missus!
