Starting Problems

Right peeps need more help re my much waited for rebuilt bongo,lol, all is fine with the engine, compressions etc are perfect but the garage is having a hell of a problem with starting it first thing in the morning or when cold, absolutely fine when its warmed up, starts first time but is a bugger when cold and they dont know why, any ideas to try and help would be really appreciated.

Glow plugs, relay, or rail shorting out, not connected properly?
Fuel issue? peaking pump seals, hoses etc?
Cold start vacuum solenoids?
Not being funny but should be basic things for a garage to check :?

sounds like a glow plug one maybe.
fuseible link perhaps, check the voltage is getting to the rail.

great stuff peeps will check it all, after nearly 9 years of trouble free use it is playing me up now with something petty,lol.

out of interest when did you last change glow plugs?
