Yes, and then they will cross thread your wheel nuts, ruin the hub and deny all responsibility.

Happened on my work car recently, boss wasn't too happy at having to fork out for the repairs. Kwikfit get a lot of work from contract hire companies (like my vehicle) and see it as a captive market.

Wouldn't trust em to service a wheelbarrow personally.
