Aftermarket aerial?

Post by TerryG » Tue Oct 04, 2011 10:09 am

My Bongo arrived with a nasty attack of aerial droop so I assume the previous owner lost the crucial ball bearing. I shall, as advised on the fact sheet, start mutilating domestic dispensers in search of a replacement ball - but in the event I can't find one, is there an aftermarket aerial that can be fitted without too much trouble?

Hi you should be able to get a 3mm bearing from a Cycle shop.

Or do you have an old bike kicking about.

Cheers
