Rear interior light
The bulb is hardly even candle-light in the back of my V6 2.5i Bongo. Is it straight forward buying a replacement from "Bongotowers" or am i looking at a non standard light in mine ???

Re: Rear interior light
Do you mean the fluoresent one on the roof or the one on the passenger side rear pilar? There are two different types of bulbs for the roof lamp, both of which I believe are readily available from the club shop and other suppliers. Sometimes a poor connection can also result in dim output.
If it the one at the rear, it's a fairly standard 'festoon' bulb you can get from Halfords etc, but they're not the brightest of things at the best of times.

Re: Rear interior light
I wish i had the know how to fit an led light in mine....
My bongo had extra exterior and interior lights fitted when i bought it. Sadly my children broke the ones which were on the floor of the rear interior and now the exterior lights are starting to play up
I suppose a visit to an auto electrician would solve the prob, but would just love to have a go myself...

Re: Rear interior light
there is no fitting as such
you remove plastic cover
pull out old bulb
plug led in were bulb was
test it as they are polarity sensative
stick it in place with double sided tape came with it
force the covers back up as its now a tight squeeze
