Tools required are ramps, trolley jack, axel stands, overalls, eye protection, rubber gloves, 3" (75mm) paint brush, radiator roller, wirebrush and a dustpan brush,

I dropped the spare wheel down and gave it a good clean then jacked up one side of the van using the trailing arm mounting point as a jacking point, this enables access to the whole inner arch without having to remove the wheel which i just covered with an old sheet, i then brushed the arches out with the dustpan brush to get rid of any loose crap before applying a good coat of underseal with the 3" paintbrush applying it in circular motions, this is the end result .
After doing the other side arch i turned my attention to the underside, i backed her up on the ramps and got to work sweeping the underside clean getting rid of any flakey stuff with the wire brush tho to be honest it was in great condition under there already, top tip is to paint all the hard to reach bits first with the paintbrush and the impossible bits above the fuel tank and up the sides of the engine with the radiator roller. Then start at the back again and do the easier bits with the paintbrush till it looks like this
Whole process took me about 4 hours to complete
i'm afraid mrs m 80ngo isn't that soft, but whist she can look out the front room window and see my feet poking out from under the bongo she'll leave me be
