Brake caliper torque settings

Post by Bongobreaker » Sat Jan 28, 2012 3:00 pm

Well I'm going to have to bite the bullet and buy a service manual!!

In the mean time does anyone know the torque settings for the brake caliper bolts?
Thanks in advance.

Follow the link in my Sig to the Bongo wiki, there is a page there on brakes. I know the figures for rear calipers is there, possibly fronts too.

Thanks for all your replies.

Job done at last. Off side front brake bads were literally stuck fast on the disc and took some getting out. Only noticed because of a hot (not warm) wheel hub. No wonder I couldn't carry diesel to it!
