Your TM-2 is pre-set to alarm at 100C why on earth continue driving with the alarm sounding.,.???
And once you did stop the engine would continue to "heatsoak" another 5 to 10 C
I reckon that's well cooked

Going right back to the start of this topic >>>why did you change a hose in the first place ?? was it because one burst and the gauge "off" the "normal" mark ??

It peeped when coolant went up,then overheated.
The pipe that is connected to my heatexchanger had a small drip in the start just tightened it up abd bled, didnt burst

just bleed it up properly and give it a run, you have nothing to loose.
its real easy to get paranoid about this so take it back to basics.
if its holding pressure in the cooling system (ie no leaks) and its holding the coolant inside the system, then you have a fairly good chance you have got away with it.
bleed the system again and see what happens, i use the bleed to help establish if a head has gone, because it wont usually bleed to completion if the heads gone, you never get rid of the air in the funel once the temps start to rise in the system the crack, if there, can open.
good luck with it.
