It looks a dam sight drier up there on Aonach Eagach ridge than the mud bath I had on the Corbett Garbh Bheinn round the back of Aonach Eagach

PS: I can walk again. :D :D :D

Glad to hear your legs are working again. :D I think next time you should leave your 'novelty antler hat' at home, unless you like being brought down off the hill by a gillie

All the best

I was glad every one enjoyed themselves! It was nice to meet new faces as well as the old ones.
We will have to do it again some time!. I see Mulshy got a good picture of Dunslair in his specially reserved spot!

Fudge recipe to follow as well as a few photos.

Unfortunately we had to shorten our trip to Harris and Lewis. But we will be back!

Thanks again for organising Chrissy. Sorry you had to cut your trip short. If you are planning to go back drop me a PM and I will send you some grid refs for really good 'out of the way' camping spots on The outer Hebrides

Cheers

Here's our pics from the meet. When I get more time I'll post up some from the cycle.

Believe it or not this was the only photo that I took over the whole weekend. Taken on Friday evening as the camp fire was lit up for the first time. Too worn out and unsteady on my pins to even think about taking photos later.
