Hi,
not sure if i am posting this in the correct section, but is it possible to buy covers or trims to fit on the wheelarches to cover up any rust ?

Mazda did make wheelarch trim kits which will cover up rust, but it's not really a substitute for a proper repair. Pretty hard to come by although I do have a set which I bought a while back but no longer require.

If you have rusty arches then best to fix them. The factory arch trims just stick onto the body and rust will "push" them out and away from the body as it progresses.
