Replacing water pipe

Hi guys, just had a look under Freeda as mot due soon and noticed that the long metal water pipe on o/s that T's off at rear is rotten, are they easy to change and where is the best place to get one, are they expensive and if this is rotten is there likely to be more than one that needs replacing. Also I've heard that are bad to bleed, any tips would be great. :D
