However, a couple of the most pleasing mods are very simple.
The first will impress no one but Bongo owners.
It's the rear fog lamp indicator lamp.
In brief- take the instruments off, unclip the clear cover and then the other cover underneath. Remove the warning lamp 'card', use 600 grit glass paper to rub the black off an unused section until clear, put a sticker on it http://www.jjcraceandrally.com/rally/da ... ly-kit-car then fit a bulb to the rear, carefully soldering wires to it and insulating it from the copper tracks on the instrument circuit board (more a floppy sheet)
Next, choose a colour (cigarette lighters are handy here), cut the plastic to size and jam it in the space between where the card rests and the bulb.
Reassemble, connect up in parallel to the fog lamp power supply wires and there you go.
The next is for parking level when camping.
Normally, this is covered by the errr...cover and can't be seen.
This has proved dead handy.
