Would the new style grille fit a '95 2.5TD? Current grille is looking a bit tatty so wondering whether to replace or paint it

Don't know about the new grill. Painting the old one is easy and looks pretty good when done.

The new style grill will not fit, unless you change the bumper and the metal under the headlights. better off painting the old one.jimmo62 wrote:Would the new style grille fit a '95 2.5TD? Current grille is looking a bit tatty so wondering whether to replace or paint it

Lost without my Bongo.
Re: Does a facelift grille fit an older van
One of these days I am going to get around to painting my faded grille and also removing the dent from the panel beneath it and respraying that as well.
It is my intention to darken the colour of both the grille and the panel in order to create an illusion of width as the tall appearance of the Bongo when viewed head on is unattractive. It needs a bit of a smile. The facelift does that.

I know Wade, the old owner of 321away was messing about with making a new grill fit an old car and it went to prototype, not sure if he finished the design tho?
