light alarm has stopped working

I got caught out recently when I left my lights on. The normal alarm did not work. Is it a fuse issue?

You haven't disabled the reversing beeper recently by any chance?

Perhaps the driver's door sensor/switch...? Mine works 50% of the time - I'm sure it's the door switch - thinks the door is closed even when it's open, so doesn't sound.
