Re: Devon and Cornwall next meet
Hopefully should be coming down from Somerset for my first meet. Weather permitting, see you there. I've never been to Princetown before, is the main car park easy to find?
I can, I do, I did.

Re: Devon and Cornwall next meet
Sorry but very disappointed today regarding this meet. I drove for over two hours and travelled 90 odd miles arriving just after 12:45
only to find there was no one there! Not a single Bongo! The sad part was this was going to be my first meet and was really looking forward to it. I didn't waste the day and had a nice lunch in the van and then visited the prison museum, very interesting. Yes the weather was not good but I did expect to see someone and have a chat. Can anyone let me know what happened?

Trying to be fair to fellow Bongoleers with regards travelling distance, I have decided to hold the next meet at
PRINCETOWN on the Sunday after Easter the 27th of April.
Who is up for it, it would be nice to see how many would turn up?
We look forward to meeting newbies and old friends. See you there. From 10.30 till the last vehicle leaves.

Oops sorry, my mistake. That'll teach me to read things properly! Have a great meet. I'll be there in spirit! Anyway it was my first time down on Dartmoor and found some great places to visit/stay so not a wasted trip. Enjoy your day.
I can, I do, I did.

Hi Rich, firstly I must thank those who made the effort. in total 5 Bongos turned up which surprised me as the weather wasn't kind to us, there was a chill in the wind and we had a couple of heavy showers. We ended up in the Feathers
