Sorry if this has been asked before, I've done a search but can't seem to get it to work on the iPad.

What engine oil should I put in my v6 bongo, she's done approx 85,000 mile

Any decent 5W30 or 10W40,it depends on he condition of the engine.

Personally I would use Castrol Magnatec .
