Use of the Marquee

Re: Use of the Marquee
The best thing for us to do is to borrow a trolly from the site and put them all down by the marquee. We can do this on Tuesday.

That was my plan, in view of the stage, for cool boxes, drinks and dancing round or [ on ]?

Re: Use of the Marquee
Good idea and I think that if people "borrow" them at other times, they should be returned for the Friday evening/Saturday evening too.Ian wrote:The best thing for us to do is to borrow a trolly from the site and put them all down by the marquee. We can do this on Tuesday.
I'll be at the knit and natter on Saturday morning, if that's the consensus!!!

Re: Use of the Marquee
I have booked sessions in the marquee from 4pm to 6pm on Thursday, and from 2pm to 4pm on Friday. Also, on Saturday, the marquee will be available from 11am.

Sue would be in for kint & natter on Saturday morning, this would run nicely into the craft fair.

Re: Use of the Marquee
It may be a good idea to put the benches inside the marquee so that in the unlikely event of inclement weather then people will have somewhere so socialise out of the rain...Ian wrote:The best thing for us to do is to borrow a trolly from the site and put them all down by the marquee. On friday and saturday nights then they could be moved outside so people can enjoy watching the chump dancing contest...
