Tyre Pressures (again)

Post by BillyCasper » Fri Jul 01, 2016 3:18 pm

I promised that I did search the forum beforehand and read the threads. I still haven't formed a conclusion.

My side-conversion, 2.5D Bongo has 215/65R16C tyres. A sticker on the door frames recommends 32 and 34 PSI. However postings on the forum suggest higher pressures and the same all round for lighter handling and better fuel consumption.

I'm a novice, so would welcome advice and other people's experience. Leave at 32/24? Higher? Same all round?

Many thanks and apologies if this is a tired old question.

Never seems to be any great consensus other than don't exceed the max. stated on the tyre wall, slightly higher at the rear than the front typically 34-38 front and 36-40 rear.
