Bongo the Elephant: An Update

Just over 3 years ago we decided to foster Bongo the Elephant. He is now growing up fast in his rehabilitation unit in Kenya and you can read all about him at http://igmaynard.co.uk/blog/2016/04/11/ ... -elephant/

The Trust which run the rescue centre have asked us if we want to continue sponsoring him. I told them we are happy to do so, and have sent them a $100 US dollar donation. If you want to top this up, please feel free do do so via our dedicated "Just Giving" page at

Big thanks also to donators wishing to remain anonymous (no not Prince or George Michael this time). I know of one who when she read about Bongo the Elephant was happy to make a small donation. Maybe get Bongo's appeal out on Facebook for others who might want to give?
