Just thought I'd report back that the cam belt 'how to' for the 2.5 diesel in the members area was absolutely spot on. 2 of us took about 2.5 hours to do it. Hardest bit was the bottom bolt on the cover - I found it easiest it to get at from below
Lost count of the number of sharp edges around the Bongo engine bay, though!

Just done my v6, kept me busy. 
We love our rusty Bongo "Billy", despite his many faults!
