Mystery button on the right hand side of steering wheel

Hi all

Does anyone know what this tiny rocker switch does on my JAL conversion?

It's probably for your rear fog light and will only come on when you've got the headlights on.

Yes it definitely only comes on when the headlights are on but not sure if the fog lights are working now. Will check later in the dark. Thanks for your help.
