Elec roof stopped working 🤦

Hi guys,
I've had my Bongo for nearly 5 years and the electric roof has been perfect.
I'm now selling it and sods law it's suddenly stopped working as I'm trying to show people around!

Basically when I have the engine on and the hand brake on (confirmed by light on dash) when I push the magic roof button nothing happens, not even a beep!!

I'm really hoping this is something simple like a fuse but have no idea which one controls this, where it is located on the fuse box and what amp it needs to be.

Please help as I have someone interested!

Start by assuming that the switch on the cab roof is dirty, take it out and give the contacts a clean see here

Mine does that quite a bit, then other times opens first time.
On one occasion I replaced the Cancel switch, (the momentary switch in the roof space) with a known ‘good’ switch, but that’s not cured it.
There seems no pattern, just every now and again it goes ‘Nah’.
When it does I spend a few minutes pressing the raise lower and cancel switches, pulling the handbrake on and off, selecting and de-selecting Park, then turn it off and give up.
At that point my missus, or kids will appear and say, let me try, of course, as soon as they press the cancel button, it starts beeping and off it goes.
As g8dhe says, try cleaning the switches, it’s likely the issue.
Just don’t do what I did and pull the cancel switch apart, a spring ping’d out of mine, hence the replacement was fitted.
Anyone have an exploded diagram of the Cancel switch so I can rebuild mine

Followed the video link, brought some lubricant, popped it out, put it back and low and behold it now works!!

Good to hear! They like to be used, so all year round I always open it up at least once a month, even if only at home for a few seconds, it keeps the mechanical bits lubricated and shift any sticky dust before it builds up .... hopefully
