Post by Ian » Mon Sep 22, 2025 11:06 am

Friday 17 to Sunday 19 April Tough Northerners in the Peak District NOW BOOKING

Venue: Laneside Caravan Park, Station Road, Hope S33 6RR. Their website: www.lanesidecaravanpark.co.uk

This is an excellent site in the heart of the Peak District. Good walking country and a short stroll in to the village. Rail station over the road on the Sheffield to Manchester line, buses from outside the gate to other destination. Pub, cafe, shop and chippy nearby. This site is dog friendly.

Booking arrangements: Direct with the campsite on 01433620215. A £25 non-refundable deposit is required with the rest payable on arrival, but read below before booking. When booking it is essential that you tell them you are with the Mazda Bongo club.

We have an initial allocation of 22 pitches, all on hard standing with Electric Hook Up. If you book before 19th December 2025 prices will apply (see below). Prices for 2026 have not been advised yet. Additional nights can be booked at the same rate.

Cost per pitch per night (2 adults + awning, dog supplement payable) is £37.70. But a discount will apply depending on how many Bongos are booked in. This is on a sliding scale. If we take 20 or more pitches, 20% discount (comes down to £30 per night), between 15 and 19 vans it is 15%, between 10 and 14 vans is 10%.
