Pulls to the right.

My Bongo has always pulled to the right... but I've just got used to it.
Since it's going in for a new CV joint this week is there anywhere I should look for causes for the pulling to the right.

I've swapped wheels around, put new break pads on and checked the breaks arn't catching.

It there something that could have bent?

Sounds like your tracking needs adjusting.

Wonder if both CVs should be done together.Could this be the cause?

Hmmm - anything bent would usually show up in the tracking. Do all your tyres wear evenly?

The right tyre wears quickly on the outer edge.

Also for information it's the right CV joint that I'm replacing

If one tyre is wearing, it is your tracking - trouble is that some places don't really know how to check it properly.

Well that seems to be confirmed.
The guy I'm taking to is a friend of the family, I know him well.
And, when I spoke to him today he actually knew something about the Bongo, which suprised me!!
I'll let him know your thoughts and see where we go from there.

Has he got the equipment to check the tracking properly? If not, take it to one of the large tyre outlets - they'll often check for free and are reasonable to adjust it.

I had a rifle like that once, always used to aim for the left eye but always took out the right eye, most annoying it was.

As well as balancing, remember tyre pressures can affect pulling too. Happy motoring

Not the first time that the problem has been caused by th REAR alignment being out caused by a worn rear bush.
