I read somewhere the bars for Transit's do the job. Any other ideas/part numbers?

bongolow roof bars/rack anybody?
i had thought of bringing my little trailer on hols this year but would prefer to put extra stuff on my roof ...tintop

i've read that land rover roof stuff is suitable but imagine that the likes of transit roof gear would will be more available..+.cheaper second hand

I have seen pictures on this site somewhere of a lowroof with bars, and there is one in the gallery (homepage)if look though the lot of them.
Today I fitted the towbar only had it since I got the Bongo
 only had it since I got the Bongo  
 
I found it easier than my previous car to do and the electrics which should be ease for me but always make me worry for some reason, where straight forward and very easy to work out.

The gent on the phone said gutter to bar measurement can by adjusted up to 7" which should be more than enough.

The Paddy Hopkirk ones will also fit on an AFT 'cos Ive tried them. See also this recent thread:
