new to all this
Hi all, just bought a bongo so am new to this crazy world. if poss would like to start with two questions, firstly are the back seats removed by unscrewing the caps at the end of the runners and then sliding the seats back and out or is it gonna take something more complicated, also my bongo is fitted with a mazdaspeed body kit so is it possible to fit a tow bar with minimal cutting of the back bumper ,has anyone tried it before or am i on virgin territory
. thanks all

frogmorion - CROESO!, which is welcome in Welsh.
You would be well advised to shell out the tenner or so required to join the BongoFury Owners Club.
The forum is free, but there is much more information available behind the closed doors of the Club website.
Go on - unlock them with that tenner!
There is a factsheet in the owners club on reversing the seats, which may help.
There has also been quite a lot of discussion here on the free forum on the matter of seats and their runners and the removal thereof.
You will find it by using the SEARCH facility.
Even better, there is a tutorial on the forum home page giving advice on how to use the search facility.
You will soon find your way around the site and the best way is just to experiment with the search.
Trouble is, you will come across so much fascinating info that you will get totally side-tracked!
Have fun!

Welcome to the forum in answer to your question:
1.) If you have sliding bench seats yes take out the two screws on the end of each runner and slide the seat out WARNINGdo not try and get the seat out on your own unless you have at least a silver medal in weight lifting, they are very heavy.
2.) sorry don't know as I don't have a body kit or tow bar.
good luck and again welcome
