Central locking fitting
Have fitted an actuator to the drivers door am having problems with the wiring, can anyone confirm the the 2 wire actuator is ok and if so how have you wired it to the 3 pin connector.
Have done a search in the members area and have followed the diagram but the picture is a bit unclear.
Also has anyone managed to fit the remote cl module in the door as well if so any clues on wiring it , i bought this one ,,,

just fitted one to mine kit bought from the same person but i got actuators in mine
only wire you need to use is the live wire from the existing 3 prong connector.
fit the accuator in the top of the door near the push button then i followed the instuctions for the wiring from the members area and put the remote unit in the bottom door well
was a 4 wire install permanant live from existing wiring/ earth to the door frame and 2 wires for up and down for the actuator

hope this helps

i used the 2 wire slave actuator not the 5 wire master
instead of using the main 5 wire connector on the control unit loom, i used one of the sets of wires which would have been used for the rear doors say so only 2 wires used
in the wiring itself i went something like
12 volt live i plumbed into the existing wiring on the door panel for the microswitch that operates the other actuators on the bongo
earth i just used one of the bolts on the door frame as an earth
and plugged the 2 wires from the acuator into the 2 wires for up/down
wrapped the other wires and control unit in bubble wrap and stuffed it into the door panel
bit of fiddling so it locked/unlocked right sorted

Hi
did mine last week with this 2 wire actuator, followed the instructions on remote unit carefully and all worked initially lock when unlock but switched the two wires to put that right

Glad to see I am not alone, I have bought the same kit and a 2 wire slave actuator after questioning the seller about what I'd need. I opened the box then closed it again as it was raining and I wasn't confident it was a five minute job.
Hope you get it sorted, if you have any tips to pass on (where you fit the actuator with this kit etc) it'd be much appreciated.
Good luck.
