Greetings.
For those who are attending,if anyone prefers free range eggs/ outdoor reared meat etc,there is a Farm Shop about 1/2 mile from the site.
Toogoods Farmshop,Toogood lane,which is a continuation of Smithy Brow.
It sells a good range of home produced and locally sourced dairy pruduce,meat,fruit,veg and bottled stuff like preserves etc....so get the
Barbie out!

hmmn..............now...... well i went to thewirral meet which had a farm shop, went in saw some big juicy "fresh" goose eggs,
thought yes am aving some of them with full english
crackes 1 open, cooks it, cracks another cooks it, cracks another cooks it thinks that a strong smelling one.
comes to mine............cracks it lets the eggs open up into the frying pan and out drops a half developed gosling.............the smell was revolting.
put me off me breakfast

used to collect gulls eggs from a gullery a few years ago ,to eat, a mate of mine said he cracked one open and there was a condom inside
