cambelt tensioner (& spring) needed for V6

We love our v6 bongo but unfortunately it has been diagnosed as needing a replacement cambelt tensioner and possibly spring. The local Ford dealer has quoted £260 to get it imported from Japan - horror of horrors!:( Can anyone help me source a more reasonably priced replacement - don't mind if it's secondhand
