how do i fit a speedo face

i have just ordered a kmh to mph speedo face are there does and donts when fitting, i am not looking foward to removing the speedo needle.

Hi john and jue,
I found when I fitted a speedo face the needle was a bit woolly afterwards but I did find out that a speedo from a mid 90's 626 & MX6 will fit straight in. This will convert your speedo to MPH and the odometer & trip to mile to.
