Spare Wheel

Post by steady1946 » Sat May 23, 2009 6:16 pm

I have just changed my "space-saver" spare wheel for a full size steel.I noticed that the spare is held up by a strong wire. Will this be strong enough to hold up the new spare as it is a bit heavier than the space-saver.

Thanks for the reply Morag. I wonder why the Japanese thought the space-saver wheel was a good idea?
