Bell Hill Motors (advertise on here) break Bongos. Bongobits too I think. Also check ebay.

People (converters especially) often take the rear heater out and make do with the front. I would imagine you could just take yours out of circuit by connecting across the hoses while you sort out a replacement at your leisure (essential to make sure you know proper bleed procedure after you've done the job, although they say that without the rear heater, bleeding a Bongo is a lot less tricky). I wonder if it would matter if it was a Bongo one just as long as it fitted (you'd think there might be other generic ones out there you could get as new replacements, with a bit of research).

But I'm not a great 'techie' so maybe someone better will offer a view shortly.

Good luck - keep us posted

Not a common item, so I suspect a Mazda dealer and wait for it to come from Japan
As Mike said, lots of converters remove them, so might be worth ringing them. I have never used my rear heater, so will probably remove it anyway.

Removal it is then, anything with the word dealer in it is going to be expensive :P
I thought there might be a pattern one but could not find it

Wellhouse Leisure up here in Huddersfield remove all the rear gubbins on their conversions to stick the water tanks into the spare space. At any given time they must have half a dozen rear matrix's ready for the skip.

They'll certainly be able to sort you out.
