ATF filler plug

Post by maxwellcooke » Sun May 09, 2010 12:33 pm

Hi,

I am needing to refill the Automatic transmission fluid ( gear oil ) following a complete drain, and frustratingly can't find the filler plug. Would really appreciate it if someone could let me know where to locate this.

Many Thanks

you have to pour it down the dip stick tube using a suitable funnel.

It's easier and possibly less messy if you can get a large syringe, fit it with a length of windscreen washer pipe or similar and inject it 100ml or so at a time.
