oil sump plug

my oil sump plug is leaking i know sometimes there is a copper washer please help

Sounds like someone changed the oil & lost the washer (if you've tried tightening to no avail) , you'll have to drain the oil out & get a new washer, it's the same as a ford ranger if that helps, not sure what size it is though.
