Flashing roof open light

Hi,
need a spot of advice. Went away in my bongo for the first time and opened the roof, what a lot of interest it raised!!! Anyway, closed roof to go home and the red light was flashing, tried everything to get it to stop, from opening roof again, making sure all roof tucked nicley in, pressing both switches and still flashing... Any ideas please. My bongo runs perfectly fine with the flashing light but need to know what I've not done....
