Injection Pump Plunger lift

Does anyone out there (with a workshop manual?) know the setting for the Pump Plunger lift. EG. The Montego Turbo Diesel is 1.20 m/m plunger lift, (same pump)
The plunger lift is measured using a Dial Indicator with an extension inserted into the pump through the access hole in the centre of the distribution end of the pump.
