Rear tailgate

Hi All,
on the tailgate between the left & right indicators is what looks like a clear reflective plastic covering, how do you remove it?,or does the whole plastic come off with number plate surround and door handles etc, only i'm hoping there is a small gap between that and the metalwork

As far as I know, it comes off all in one. Remove the door handles, the interior trim, nuts screws and bolts etc. Enjoy!
