Bongo Fury

Hi,

My ABS doesnt seem to be working -I've been following another recent thread on ABS problems and got some useful info on which fuses etc to check. All my fuses are ok, yet I get no yellow light on the dash when I turn the ignition on. My ABS doesnt seem to be working so I want to know if the bulb on the dash has gone, so I can work on from there. Can I assume the light comes on when the ignition comes on - like my other cars of this vintage?

Before I dismantle everything, and as I've never seen the light in the 6 months I've had Noodle, whereabouts in the dash cluster is the light i.e. next to the glow plug light?? Is it yellow? I've tried shining a bright torch but no luck..

I def. have ABS as I have the pump and the (intact) fuses!

cheers - found it, or rather the hole where the bulb should go.. some scumbag has obviously removed it to hide the problem - either at the dockside in Japan or when being prepped for sale here..

I'll look up other posts on finding ABS problems.
