As part of the cooling fact sheet, I produced the following from a list provided by Kirsty from lushproject drawings in the hope it will help folk identify problem hoses quickly. Not quite finished yet (numbers from list to add to images) but I think you will get an idea of where I'm going with this.
Not animated, sorry.

Great piece of work but kinda hard to see, a bit misty.

Should I go to Specsavers?

Hi Steve, thanks for all the work you are doing for fellow owners!

Firstly, could you make the drawings bigger for old eyes like mine! - I know it it most likely a forum thing, but it would be good to know that a factsheet was in A4 for example.

Secondly, for similar reasons, can you make the part numbers darker, black and bold for example?

Thirdly, and perhaps Haydn can help, would it be possible to give sizes for the hose clips, I am an exponent of using the OEM constant pressure clips, but for emergencies it would be good to have proper sized spares.

Keep up the good work, it is appreciated! =D>

Following suggestions from munroman, mrmunkey, et al about clarity, this may be better.
THE NUMBERS HAVE NOT YET BEEN CHECKED AND CONFIRMED. I THINK THEY ARE CORRECT BUT NEED VERIFICATION

Absolutely excellent! And perfect timing too - I need the 2 rear heater hoses and its confusing on the original diagrams as they appear on different pages!

Thankyou!

Steve

I floated this set of pics to see if they would be useful. Didn't mean for folk to jump in there and use it.
THE NUMBERS HAVE NOT YET BEEN CHECKED AND CONFIRMED. I THINK THEY ARE CORRECT BUT NEED VERIFICATION. I NEED SOMEONE TO DO THIS FOR ME, IDEALY BEFORE FOLK START USING IT. ANY TAKERS?

PERHAPS ONE OF THE MODS COULD ISSUE A HEALTH WARNING UNTIL CONFIRMED.

15-186 = 2 x 44
15-183 = 2 x 44
15-184 = 2 x 44
15-185 = 2 x 44
15-227 = 2 x 28
15-188 = 2 x 18
15-261 = 2 x 30
15-381 = 2 x 18
61-211 = 2 x 28
61-212 = 2 x 28
61-213 = 2 x 28
61-214 = 2 x 28
61-211A = 2 x 28
61-212C = 2 x 28
61-213A = 2 x 28
13-539A = 2 x 18
13-546 = 2 x 18

= 8 x 44
=16 x 28
=2 x 30
= 2 x 18

PLUS 6 x 18

All the above from a list sent to me by Kirsty

I'm not allowed to mention that I have obtained a supply of the NORMA constant pressure hose clamps that will cover all the above sizes.
12-20mm
20-32mm
32-50mm

Thanks Haydn. (and Kirsty for suppling the original clip list)
Checked through the list and it confirms the sketches.

Checked through the sketches AGAIN and I can now confirm that the HEALTH WARNING no longer exists. THE NUMBERS ARE CORRECT.

Cheers

Helen - Nails get nibbled a bit but I have absolutely no problem in the hair department - grows like twitch.

ps. Just asked a member to check out the sketches and numbers for me just to make absolutely sure it is all 100% correct, then I can put this project to bed. :D
