Cam/timing belt advice

Advice please.
At what mileage should I replace the Cam/timing belt?

If it's never been done then it is the age of your Bongo and should be done asap......otherwise every 60,000 miles.

I was told it had been changed, when I purchased the van.
I have now covered 70,800k or approx 44,000 miles since then.
Time to do it for next season, I think?
