Cam cover nuts on V6

Strange one this. I was doing some routine pottering and noticed the cam cover nuts were weeping a bit of oil. On checking them, not one was barely finger tight. I have nipped them up to a comfortable level, but how tight should they be. Do they have a habit of working loose and is there a torque setting ???

Hi Tony, ours were like that(but not weeping oil tho) , so just tightened them up and no problems since
