Help Auto Gearbox Problem

i have a problem with my autbox, the "hold" light is flashing.
gone through the flashing codes, it flashes 6 times slowly and then 2 times fast, is this code 62 - overrunning clutch solenoid and will it be an easy fix?

My husband has fixed several of these, I've heard it's messy, but not difficult. There's plenty of info about the solenoid problem on the forum, a search found THESE RESULTS which should help you.
