very ill bongo
I was approaching a roundabout when my lovely bongo lost all power and decided to stop in the middle of the roundabout, lots of steam and then would not start at all. I guess its over heated but had no warning, water completely empty, annoying has I had only checked the water levels 6 days previous and had only done about 50 miles. Any suggestions, is it likely to be terminal???

You need to get it to a BONGO friendly (very important) get it refilled and system bled (MUST BE DONE CORRECTLY) (see utube vidio and download factsheet)
Then just try it and hope for the best.
If they cannot bleed it it will probably be because the head/head gasket has blown.

Where are you? What engine are we talking about? Do you really mean "no warning", or had you just missed the signs - no water usually gives lots of steam and boiling noises
