Re: Front Heater Not Working
have you checked the fuse??
failing that open the bonnet and you will see the heater fan cowling infront of you , there is the air duct that attatches to the front slam panel, take the clips our ( 2 ) on the slam panel and unclick the trim , then you will see the fan , with the ignition OFF see if you can spin the fan . if not that has seised failing that if its ok
you have the main fuse box under the bonnet next to the heater duct (to the left) behind that is another casing with the heater resister in it literally unclip the lid and with a posi screwdriver undo the 2 screws and lift out the resister and check the solder that will prob be whats gone
hope this helps

Also check that the connecting rods from the servo's (Electronic) or cables (manual) down in the drivers footwell are connected.
If you are Electronic then the resistor mentioned above turns into a transistor on a heatsink in the same location, best to look at the Factsheets here if your a Club member.

DEpends what you mean by not working.
The fan does not work when you switch it on
is different to
The fan blows cold air although there is warm air in the back!
If the problem is the latter then stop driving immediately and bleed the air from the cooling system before you have a real problem.
