bob wont start

well getting fed up know, new battery,new glow plugs and a recon starter motor. it aint got enough jucie(after charging battery)to turn starter motor, any idaes as to where ive gone wrong? :(

Check the voltage on the rail, if none then it could be the earth from the glow plug relay

If that was so....it should still turn over the engine which it isn't.....check the battery terminals are clean and tight......then check the battery earth cable is tight at the other end.

Failing that.....check the battery voltage is good and nothing is left on when you switch off.

i think ive found it.....its the valve thingy (you can tell i'm not mechanicaly minded) by the throttle cable............i hope. all electrics are working fine correct readings and all. :)
