getting hold of replacement Cills/Sills

Trying to get ready for the MOT in Sept!!! And am now fully aware that the Cills will not pass the test as they are rusty. Does any one have any ideas for a solution?? either where to get hold of them new or used.. or any other tip about fabricating them to fit.. my other half is a dap hand with a rovers biscuit tin and some hamorite...???
i have searched through the forum and put in searches but no joy on this subject.. but hoping as ever that some one has a clue..
(Wheel arches are a bit sad too. but will look into the transit 2006 panels and see what we can do about them.....)
