Electric problems

Hi folks coouple of probs with electric
Rear window demister not working {dash light is on}
Central locking not working [the one that opens all doors from drivers door]
Could these be connected?
Checked fuse 4 under dash seems ok,
Loom at door hinge looks ok but not realy dragged it all out for a good look,
its a bit bent up and i nearly got run over!

The Rear demister fuse itself is if the light is coming on the switch then the other fuse should be OK.

The Power door lock control is fused by and the fuse that controls the solenoids themselves is

There doesn't seem to be any common features between the two circuits that I can see at the moment ...
