Tow bar advice please

Post by tomsk » Sat Apr 09, 2011 8:31 pm

Hi all

Can anyone recommend a type of tow bar for the Bongo, or will any do?
I only want to tow a single motorcycle trailer.

Also, does anybody know a company who can fit it, in the Cambridgeshire area?

Regards

Thanks Dandemann 8

Yes a lot to choose from. Now to pick one, and it looks as if I could possibly fit it myself?

Either Towsure (I think) in Peterborough or I know a guy in Chatteris who might fit it for you (or even just help you fit it) - he's done lots of m/homes.

If you want - I'll ask him?

I've still got bitter memories of them from when they were in St Ives.

Never done me any harm buddy, we can all have bad experiances at times, i've recently had to put a rocket up a bongo "specialist" for there slack standards that loads of people on hear rave about being the best in the business, i showed them the error of there ways and we managed to get it all sorted out.
I'd defo use the Bongo "specialist" again tho as any company can get it wrong sometimes.

When Fs trailers did my towbar they even managed to retain my rear chrome bumper bar 8)

Thanks Mike, Scanner and M8Bongo, for your time and advice.
Also thanks for any warnings, but as stated one persons experience can be different to another. However, this allows me to make an informed choice.

Thanks again,
regards
