SGL5 1997 DIESEL PUMP

Has anyone got a link to a site that will show a complete breakdown of the injector pump as I am replacing the seals on the shuttle valve and while the front cover was off a large lorry went passed making the bongo wobble and two bits fell out. I now need to know how they go back together. Help please :?:
